Board of Directors Nomination Form

In preparation for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Saturday April 19th, 2008 the Board wishes to invite all members to consider standing for election to the 2008/2009 Board of Directors. All members in good standing are eligible. The Board consists of seven members elected annually at the AGM. The Executive (President, Vice President, Secretary & Treasurer) is made up of Board members and is elected by the Board at its first meeting.

Anyone wishing to become active in the governance of the Borden Flying Club needs only to nominate themselves at or before the AGM. The Board meets every six weeks or so. Members are asked to assume responsibility for some aspect of Club management according to their skills and knowledge.

Please seriously consider putting your name forward for election to the Board. To ensure a healthy and vigorous club we require a full slate of candidates.
