Welcome to the club's new online booking calendar. Like our old calendar all club events and CMQ bookings are made using this calendar though you will notice several improvements over the old calendar.

First off, only members whose medical is up to date may view CMQ bookings. The calendar automatically restricts access to anyone whose medical is not on file or has expired so be sure to get a copy of your medical to the club prior to your current medical expiring. If your medical has expired or you are a non-flying member you will still be able to view club events.

Club events such as meetings and fly-in are available to the public to view. In order to view and make aircraft bookings you must log in as a club member. Once at the calendar simply click on the login button and enter your username and password. Once you have done that you will be able to add an aircraft booking.

making a CMQ booking When booking CMQ you MUST select CMQ Bookings from the Event Group drop-down list. If you forget to do this your booking will be posted to your 'Private' calendar.

This is a personal calendar that only you have access to. Posting an event to your private calendar does not constitute a CMQ Booking.

The system will not allow overlapping CMQ bookings. If your booking overlaps an existing booking you will receive a notice asking that you change the booking times to eliminate the overlap.
