CMQ Update

I hate to say it, but there are further delays in getting CMQ back in the air.  The new lifters, which on December 18^th, were 1-2 weeks from being available, now will not be available until April. 

Okay, now that you have picked yourself up off the floor and your BP is back in the green - no we will not be waiting till April.  We will go ahead and install the new cam but have authorized Leavens to install refurbished lifters.

Leavens is estimating that it will take them 1-2 weeks to complete the overhaul.  Tom, our PRM, is holding their feet to the fire on this one.  Once we have the engine back, we still need to install it which we have to coordinate with our AME, Robert Horne.

The other items that were being repaired, the air box and the muffler, are complete and ready to go.  So let's collectively cross our fingers and hope that we have seen the last of the delays.
