Gathering of the Classics

The Collingwood Classic Aircraft Foundation will once again be hosting the Gathering of the Classics at Edenvale Aerodrome the August long weekend and is looking for the club's support.

We will be lending the CCAF our T-hangar to use as a lunch and refreshment area for volunteers. CMQ will be on display at centre stage during the event. It will still be available to fly but plan on a little extra time to manoeuvre to the flight line due to the crowds on the field.

The CCAF is also looking for our assistance as volunteers for the day. The following positions still need to be staffed:

Raffle ticket sales table
Ride ticket sales table
Directing cars in the on-field parking area

Anyone who is interested in volunteering should fill out the form below. All volunteers are asked to attend a briefing on the Friday evening August 3^rd, 1800 at the CCAF hangar. As well as the briefing there will be a BBQ dinner and all volunteers will receive their event t-shirt.
